Berths are available for the 2024-2025 season at £250 per metre per year (to the next half metre) (prices inclusive of VAT). If you have a boat up to 10 metres LOA and are interested in a berth, please call into the marina office to complete an application form. Berths are based upon vacancies on the particular pontoon leg in relation to the length of your boat. Please contact us or call into the marina office if you would like a tour of the pontoons and other areas

We are always working hard to ensure Seaham Harbour Marina is a fun and entertaining day out with plenty to see and do, as well as ensuring the marina is offering top facilities for our berth holders.
On-site facilities include:
- 96 Pontoon berths including visitor berths
- Secure boat storage and boatshed for maintenance and storage (fees apply)
- Slipway with fresh water available
- Electric and Water available on pontoons
- Secure entry pontoon system with CCTV coverage
- Cables, hoses and trolleys available
- Automatic dock gate
- On site car parking including disabled bays. Parking charges may apply.
- Toilets including disabled and baby changing facilities
- Fantastic range of cafes, restaurants and shops at The Waterside (lift to the upper floor) and The Castleside.
- Restored lifeboat house & historic lifeboat within the East Durham Heritage Centre
